Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking according to the following terms:

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours notice: No refund
• No show: No refund

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Vehicle breakdown (we will arrange alternative transport)
• Driver illness or emergency

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Amendments

To modify your booking details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.
